Onsite Design is a multidisciplinary design firm focused on creating inspired residential communities.

The firm was founded by Michael Hogstrom in 2006 to encourage Smart Growth design principles and to preserve the rich heritage of the Baton Rouge area. Under his leadership, the firm has focused on creating unique places that are context-sensitive, connected and successful Goodwood-area developments, such as étage Gardens, Township at Old Goodwood and Overton Walk.

MICHAEL HOGSTROM
LEAD DEVELOPER / Founding Principal, Onsite Design

Michael Hogstrom has nearly two decades of experience on more than 300 projects across 24 states and three European countries. Projects include private development, as well as public bids spanning the typology spectrum from high rise condos, hotels and hangars.

However, his passion lies in creating places that have value to individuals and communities both aesthetically and intrinsically. Onsite Design was born from this passion and has touched the lives of clients in the form of custom housing and well-thought, progressive developments.

Michael uses his emotional intelligence to bring an acute level of awareness to the custom home and land planning experience, listening to his clients carefully, asking the right questions, and engaging them in the process. Clients walk away with something better than they imagined, and a relationship to last a lifetime.
